Illegal Immigrant's children. What is the solution?

What do you guys think about legalizing immigrant kids who are still in school? You know, the minors who had not a choice of weather to come here or not? Should at least the good students get some kind of amnesty so they can get jobs and apply for college? Or do you guys think they are criminals period? whats your opinion on what would be a fare solution to the ammount of illegal people we have here in this country, and all the potential star students and athletes that lie within that community of immigrants?
