Amidst these celebrations and parties and all the funfare, what I am waiting is the announcement of holidays.hehehe. I am living here in Davao for almost 18 years now and working in one of the universities here so this event is not strange to me, in fact it did not bring an excitement in my life as the street is covered with lots of people and I hate roaming the street. But I am very grateful that people come to Davao for this merry celebration and I am very proud to be a part of Davao city, a very quiet and ideal place to live.

I was once like that many years ago until I went out and joined the celebration. I wasn't disappointed, though it was tiring, but it was worth it! Made me see the beauty and the color of the people in Davao. Definitely worth your time! :)

I would really love to visit Davao for that festival however a lot of my officemates already filed leaves for those dates mentioned. Maybe in the future I'd have the opportunity to visit that place. I've heard great deals about it.

Too bad that you couldn't join this year. But still, there are plenty of opportunities in the next coming years.. Maybe you can file your leave earlier next year. lol!
