Anyone here knows SEO?

Alright, I guess most of you guys here (especially the old members) know SEO. I'm interested to know some tips and tricks in generating traffic. I have a very raw understanding about SEO but I thinks it's still the way to go for an online business to survive time.
See, I have these 2 sites that I want to increase visitors. I see stuff in my multiply account, here's the link http://rizzaj.multiply.com/ in case you want to see what I do in the site. My blogger account http://imaintainmyweightat30.blogspot.com/ is a personal blog which I hope to develop as well.
Can you give me an idea or advise how I can generate more visitors in these sites? Are there FREE webtools that I can use to promote the site? Right now, I use widgets, flagcounters and badges.

Hi beingwell. Learning SEO is really important especially if you are targeting to make money from your blog. I have laid some basic tips already on my blog about that. I tried to keep it simple so its easy to understand and follow. You can see that under the "earn from blogging" section. I'll still add more tips in the future. Hope to see you there. =)

Hi beingwell, thanks and hope to see you there. There are really a lot of things you need to do in order to achieve better results, but starting with the basics is always good. And trying to make your site easier for users to navigate is also important. Good luck with your blog. =)
