There is a good news for them who can't sleep without having medicine. Jasmine flower can be substitute for sleeping pill. Referring The Journal of Biological Chemistry Online the Deutshe Welle said, The fragrant of jasmine makes the nerves calm and brings sleep as any sleeping pill or valium. This natural substance is more effective than any medicine for sleeping ,claimed the researchers. The researchers said, sleeping pills have many side effects like addiction, depression, muscles pain etc. Though the natural substance Jasmine flower has the power to make sleep it has no side effect.
Dr.Olga Jergeva and Professor Helmut Hass of the University of Hinneris Hine of Germany and the researchers of the Rure University together made this research.(there are many spelling mistakes of German language in my discussion)

Wow... This is great. Long before, i've been using some jasmine scents to make me calm, and it does. Jasmine as sleeping pill, that's cool. But on my opinion, jasmine taste should be enhanced especially to people who find the taste not so appetiting.

I am a bit confused... How should you take it? Should you eat the jasmine flower or just smell it? I hope you could place a link as a reference. Thanks!

I had no idea about this! This is very cool! I will definitely try to read more about this, because let's face it: Jasmine really smells very nice too! So only for that reason, it is better than any medicine!
