Hey all
I live in the uk, and here we have this program called the apprentice. For those of you who do not know what it is about, its about a group of people being given business tasks, and being divided into 2 teams. The team that makes the most money wins, and on the losing team, one person is fired. At the end of the series, the winner gets a 6 figure job!
Anyway, where has it been this year? I heard it was coming later because of the world cup getting in the way, but its nearly the end of the summer now, and still no apprentice? Ok, there was junior apprentice, but thats not the same!
I certainly hope its going to be shown befor ei am back at uni

Donald Trump hosts that show in the USA. And the winner works for him for a year... well that is how it started. Now it is all "celebrity" apprentice. The contestants are all celebrities and they do nothing but nag friends for money and who ever has the most friends with the most money, wins. Granted it, it all goes to charity, but it really isn't that good. I stopped watching few seasons ago. GIving those people more "celebrity" make me puke. I enjoyed it when it was the common people, just trying to make a better living for themselves. I think they stopped that cause the prize to the winner was a year long job contract for a Trump project. I think Donald didn't want to do that anymore as they couldn't handle the job and he was loosing money. Can't think of any other reason he'd go from regular people to celebrities. Well, other than the fact that the celebrities that get the money for charity makes him look good to!
