I know that Days of our Lifes is a soap but well it is Days of our Lifes
As most of you know in May I got badly bitten by a Dog because he wanted my Gissi and I had him in my Arms
The Dog was out with no owner
Well I did what everyone said to do specially as I had to go to the Hospital and the Bite was bad, I am still having Problems with my Leg now, the Scars are awful, I reported it to the Police because this could be a Child next time
I have also found out the hard way that the Woman who owns the Dog and who thinks she is something special round here, is not right in the Head
Nothing has been done about it
6 weeks ago she decided to have a go at me in the street I told her to get lost and get a Life, she was coming close with her Dog to me, probably expecting me to run away, I didn't I stood my Ground
I phoned the Police who said if she approaches me again to ring them
4 Days ago a little Girl went to stroke her Dog and her Dad told her no, the Woman turned around and said it is ok he does not bite 
, one of my Neighbours went mad at her for telling People he does not bite
Tonight I came back from the Field with Gissi and little Zero, I saw her with her Dog put Gissi on the Lead and crossed over to avoid any aggravation, well, she decides to cross over with her Dog to, while one of her pathetic Friends is singing Kung Fu fighting, I am not to sure what Planet these People are from, but I am disgusted that nothing has been done about the fact of her Dog biting
I walked normal towards my Flat I was not rushing, yes I was worried in case the Dogs started and I know it is what she wanted as she was rushing towards me, all I did is pick Gissi up and walked towards the Block , she was about to start well I just ignored her and walked into the Block as I have no time for pathetic People like her
Why can People not get on with their Life specially when they have had a lucky escape like she did???????

hI gABS, U WAIT & SEE HER & THAT DOG ARE GOING TO CAUSE SOMEONE SOME REALLY BAD TROUBLE BESIDES U. i KNOW YOURS WAS BAD ENOUGH BUT I'M AFRIAD THE NEXT TIME WILL BE EVEN WORSE & THERE WILL BE A NEXT TIME. sHE IS CRAZY AS A LOON & THAT DOG IS DANGEROUS. I can not believe the law hasn't done something w/her & the dog. Sounds like your law is about like ours. They'll wait to that dog kills a child or whatever then they will look so interested. DISGUSTING!!!

This woman is nothing but trouble from top to bottom, and her friends, obviously. Maybe you shouldn't go out unless someone accompanies you from now on. If she starts something (like she almost did with you this day), you will have a witness to it. There IS something wrong with her mentally, for sure!
What has happened with this case anyways? Was it ever settled? It's been so long already. This is just plain horrible for you.

Hey gabs, why don't you carry around a cell phone with you? This way if she bothers you, you can just call the police immediately. I'm sure they'll get tired of it too. As far as I'm concerned, this is like stalking and harrassment, and I think the police will agree. Let her see you on the phone.

Here we can get a "protection from abuse" order and can have it so people cannot come within a certain number of feet of each other. With one of those, she might get some results from the police. I she has to restrict her life because of this nut case, the lady has won, and defeated Gabs.

I always have my Cellphone on me
Also my Neighbour was looking out the Window, I will not take any notice of her I shall ignore her if she approaches me again I shall call the Police and if it carries on then I will find out about getting a lawyer
The thing is I have to be careful or I might find a brick through my Car or something, if I ignore her then I won't get myself in a state and she might just get bored
If I retaliate I will make myself worse then what I am and I have no intention of doing that
Gerty I will not let her restrict me because if anything ever happens again she will go down for it this time I will make sure

'she that she can go free from all she and that dangerous dog have done to you and poor little Gissi.My G did she follow you all the way home? 'report her to the police, s urely someone has got to do something about this nutty woman and her vicious dog. She is so lucky she did not lose her dog and her freedom too.grrrrrrrrrrrrr people like that just burn me up.She really sounds like what my son Robbie calls looney tunes.'She could not be mentally well and do the things she has done.My g. I do hope no litle child pets that dog and get horribly bitten.Why was she not sent to prison.She does sound really pathetic and dangerous too. hugs to my little man in the doggie suit and to you to loveya.

There are crazy and unbalanced people in this world. It is best to avoid them. I know, that's not always possible but these people can do anything as they have no conscience and do not care about anyone but themselves. In life, I have had my share of dealings with unbalanced people. Best to avoid them!

I know you love dogs and other critters, I do too. I'm not being cruel neither when I say, I don't understand why that dog was not euthanized. The dog is a vicious dog, any dog that attacks another animal or a person that way is vicious. The dog cannot be trusted, like you said it could have been a kid. It also might be a kid next. The dog will attack again. As for that women, she is off her rocker, I do not understand her at all. She is PATHETIC...

I know how you feel. My neighbors across the street have a dog that they just let run loose, and I get irritated by it because they actually had this dog outside in 102 temperature and then didn't bother to put him in their house where it would have been cooler, oh, and don't get me started on the bombs that he in my front yard. People like to get pets, and not take care of them. They don't like to be responsible for what they have.
I also have friends and family who have all been involved in dog bite situations, and I won't get into the full story because I said something about it in another discussion, but yeah, you have power of attorney if you are ever attacked by someone else's pet.
But here is something that you can do, if a dog does anything to you, or anyone else ever again. Call the ASPCA or your local Humane Society. And keep calling them until they do something. Also, people should train their animals because situations like yours can easily be avoided.
Also, my other advice, don't have any pets if you can't handle them. Just don't have any. I have three cats, I can handle three cats, I wouldn't have anymore, and I give them everything they need. This my mother and I can handle. Only take what you can handle. People should know this by now.

It seems her reputation, and that of her dog is spreading, because of her own behavior. Here we can get a "protection from abuse" or "restraining order" against people who engage in this kind of harassment. Do you have any choice like that? Gabs, is the law not doing anything about this? I think we are all fearful for you.

Nope it does not sound like they are as for the restraining order, they will only issue one if she physically abuses me, also it looks like she would not care
I know that no one here likes her, she looks at everyone as though they are dirt
One day she will pick on the wrong Person

Was there not supposed to be some kind of court care regarding this incident? If so what was the end result? Did the crazy woman not have to pay for your medical bills?

Well I was told there would be but it looks like there is not
We do not pay for Medical Bills so no she does not have to pay for them
I know what she is doing Heather she is trying to prove something that she never will because I will just ignore her and keep Gissi on a tight reign when that B and her Dog is about

I hope you called the police and reported that she has now taken to stalking and following you. That is harassment. Report it. You should not fear walking down the street because of her. If you have not reported this incident, please do so right away. This shows a pattern of behavior and you have no idea what this woman's intent is. Please report it.

The Police will not do anything unless she attacks me that is what they are like here
I mean they are not even doing anything about what happened in May
They will not do anything until something happens Sweet all they would do is go to her and talk and next thing I know I will probably have my car wrecked

Gabs I am so sorry for what you are going though I was bitten by a pitbull a couple years ago an when the police were called the dog was so crazy he tried to attack the police Animal control came an yes they were also attacked now here's where it gets crazy animal control called me an told me the dog was being put to sleep seeing he is mean ok I could deal with that I got stuck with a hospital bill for 2 grand lovely right ? an then I get a call from animal control just to let me know they made a mistake the dog wasn't put to sleep he was sent home oh by the way I was told i couldn't sue cause the owner is in North Carolina an I live in South Carolina an I guess the law dose not go over the border I was also told the dog had rights being an animal lover i know they have rights but I do to right sad thing is they won'tdo anything about that dog in your neighborhood till he hurts a child good luck an I will be thinking of you

Well it wasn't just the owner the Animal control messed up to when they called an told me the dog was put to sleep then called me back two weeks latter with an oops sorry we didnt put the dog to sleep he went home with is owner a week ago what was that all about

Hi Gabs,
Nothing has been done yet? That's craziness! I do know that if it is a first offense and if the dog has had all it's shots that they are sometimes pretty lenient. She probably just got a warning to keep her dog on a leash at all times. If so then she lucked out. The fact that she continues to approach you and taunt you tells me that she is just as confrontational as her dog is. I hope that at the very least, she is being made to pay for your hospital bill! She is, right?

Ugh...the justice system is not always very just, is it? Well, I hope that if you or any of the others in your neighborhood hear her encouraging a kid to pet the dog and claiming it does not bite that you step in and inform them that you know otherwise. This woman sounds like a cold, insensitive crazy beetch.

She thinks I have a routine taking Gissi out well I don't I take him to the Field at different times but last Night I decided to stay longer then usual on the Field that is why I bumped into her

You should've called the police and let them know that you feel threatened and why. I'm sure they have to come to check things out Andalusia enforce your safety. They may even speak to this 'B' and tell her to leave you alone or they'll take her to jail. Then I'd March my tail to the police station and demand to know why nothing has been done a out your case and check into getting a restraining order against her and her dog then she'll HAVE to leave you alone AND keep her dog in check.

I don't get it. She could get in a lot of trouble, and she could lose her dog. Why cause more trouble. But I'm definitely afraid that it could hurt a child or another animal. Why haven't the authorities done anything? Here they would have taken the dog away until there was a hearing to decide what to do with it.

You know it’s hard to say what causes people like this deranged woman to behave the way they do. It’s hard to say if it’s immaturity, mental instability or both! Her dog bites you causing you awful injuries and she harasses and taunts you with her dog! I would love to read her thoughts just to know how on earth she justifies behaving this way to herself! I am sorry you have to endure this idiotic person on top of your terrible injuries. What is a concern is that she is telling children her dog doesn’t bite! I believe she will get what she deserves in good time, I really do...
