Many women think they’re not entitled to speak up when they’re piqued. And if they do gripe, they often report as feeling ashamed or apologetic afterwards. Don’t bother with those things. Not at all times that you need to be that silent and not just fight for your right. If you still need a little coaxing, here are some tips. Start small, be specific, narrow your goals, make manageable requests, not accusations, gripe about the behavior, not the person, hold your ground, choose your moment and don’t become a competitive complainer. I just hope these help.

I'm a bit of a shy person, but at the same time I'm REALLY assertive if that's even possible. I like to be in charge, some people would call it bossy, but it's better than not speaking up. You need to fight for what is right.
