My daughter just sent me this photograph of a rosaline and rose water bouquet that she has just made with Swarovski crystals.
I think that these bridal bouquets are so lovely and the fact that they can be kept for ever and even handed down as family heirlooms is a lovely idea.
Have you ever been to a wedding where the bride has such an unusual and unique bouquet?

It will be interesting to see these photos, as I have never seen anything like it. I know people who make silk flower bouquets so they will last, but I have not seen any crystal ones.

No..but I did all the flowers for the wedding of my three kids...My daughter in law had a different idea. We took styrofoam balls and did their bouquets and they were round....they had a strap on them where they hung them over their arms...they were very pretty!

Absolutely beautiful! Your daughter did a beautiful job. I believe that beaded bridal bouquets are so much nicer as they last forever. I have never been to a wedding there they had a beaded bouquet, but I have been to a wedding where they had a silk ribbon bouquet. The flowers were all made of silk ribbons and it turned out beautiful. The bride (my cousin) wanted a bouquet that would last forever.

The reason that she started making them was that she was visiting a Wedding Fair with her sister in law to be, they saw a stand there and the future bride really wanted one of the bouquets but it was really expensive, my daughter said that she was sure that she could make one - she did and has never looked back since then!
