swim to get in to your shape....

i think swimming is one of the good exercise to keep our health well... this is the nice way to get a good shape for our body and to have a good health.... swimming is the better exercise to reduce our stomach too.... Now am daily swimming.... there is one river near to my home.... there i use to swim daily... It provides me a good freshness every day... so all keep swimming ... this will also keep our body in a very good shape... What you think? wanna swim now?..... go and swim......

i agree with you sinaj, cause swimming is one of the top fast calorie burning exercises, before i had bad physique but when i started swimming i lose weight descently and now i'm lifting weights...
