Acceptance is the Key Released our Stress..

Stress is the Nos. 1 problem that we used to encounter in different situations of our lives . But Remember that Stress also help us to think wise,and to be always in focus to everything that we do. People are getting stress because of the ff. Factors our job, family and even our selves . And the only solution that i can see right now the way we are about to handle and Accept our own problem and even the other's people.
Acceptance of one thing help us to feel relax and relieve all our anxiety in life. Accepting to the reality makes you stronger to face all the trials that comes to your life. Teach you to be more flexible and responsible in every actions that your about to do. And the last One but not the least Acceptance helps you start for new beginning of your life .

That is a very good to eliminate stress. When we accept things as they are, our body processes return to optimal - e.g. no ulcers, indigestion hypertension etc.
That seems to explain why top executives get paid extremely handsomely. As we know top executives are hired to find something wrong and even "go against the flow" as needed to make things better. In the process, top executives seem to have so much with so little time, and therefore endanger their health.

Your idea about this is really good.. And as a human being we are here to challenge our own selves and be Reputable Person someday becoz of those factors.. We became sensible to every actions that we made. we listened and apply of all the things that we learned in Our lives. Some People are judging us..with out even analyzing their own thoughts. But we need to do is convert all the criticism into positive way and Accept it and be more Intelligent despite of all bad things happens to every one of us.

Yes stress is part of modern day life and society, we have to accept it in what ever form it comes.I had so many problems, i faced all boldly.
