Is there any way we can stop the hair from falling and greying out. I have been facing this problem from last couple of years. Now to make the matter worse, its been greying out at such a whisk rate that by 40, I am afraid, either i will be bald or my hairs will be greyed out. Is there any simple and effective solution. I don't look for any hair replacemen or expensive cures.

We have to accept the fact that we are getting older chhetp1, with aging the whole body slows down, including the hair follicles, which become less efficient and produce hairs that are finer in diameter and shorter in length. Such shrinkage is gradual and the hair begins to feel slightly thinner, with less volume and density. At the same time the sebaceous glands start to produce less sebum and the hair begins to lose its color as the production of melanin decreases. When melanin production stops altogether the new hair that grows is white, not gray as is common perceived. The production of melanin is governed by genetic factors, and the best indication of when an individual's hair will become white is the age at which their parents' hair lost hair its color. Temporary colors are good for a quick but fleeting, change or for counteracting discoloration in blonde or white hair. There is hair coloring that affordable in the market, mall or salon.
