You are so right, however, business cares mostly about making money. It's cheaper for a machine to talk to you. Now if we could organize people into only doing business with companies that used people, we might change things. Of course, there are those who want to get the cheapest price for what they buy. That brings things back to it's cheaper to have a machine talk to you. No, it's not pretty but it's reality.
