To begain with that use of automation on the phone lines is a bad move. call centers are designed to get on the line get them off the line but what companies forget is the costumers know when they are being treated badly and when you are not treated well you are going to go somewhere else or make the company pay you are going to call back madder and go for managemant may be with lawsuits. what's your view. thanks...........

yes!iam personal in important thing in himself.many compnies custmers are very personal in his project,presentation etc.many custmer in more low thing in our personal way.
