My responses ant go through half the time!!!!

Hi Jo! I haven't had that problem recently, but I have had it in the past. The problem I am having no is certain days I get the mylot digest, other days I don't, plus, for example, on this discussion of yours, I never received an email. Which I normally do. I haven't changed any of my settings, or my preferences and when I check them they are all the same. Some days I get certain things, other days I don't. It is really weird and frustrating, because I have no idea certain days what discussions my friends start. Hope you have a good day!

Well to avoid all that error why dont you copy it befor hitting post response? you can do that because of the number on your bracket is way more than 500. anyways if you dont want to go through all that trouble then check your system and internet connection,you never can tell.maybe the problem is from your ISP.

I do such problems sometimes. After writing a lengthy response and when I press the post button, the whole comments just disappear. Sometimes out of frustrations I just abandon it and jump to the next discussions.

I have had this problem before and yes, it is darn frustrating especially when the posts end up duplicated! At the moment though I have my own issues with my mobile broadband! My ISP has disconnected my Internet because we are changing plans and, for a week I’ve had to rely on my USB modem which ordinarily would not be a problem except that I am using it from my house and here the signal is very poor so it cuts out intermittently…It’s driving me crazy! Ahhhhh!!! My ISP has promised my new connection will be active tomorrow…I hope that is true because I don’t think I can take anymoooooree!!!!....I'm alright now...

I have certainly lost my religion a few times when that has happened to me. I can't tell you the times I had a great response just get blown out the window when I hit the post response button. It hasn't happened as much lately but it seems to happen when I've really put a lot of time in it

yap. been there. and it sometimes just go blank... i mean the page... after all the things that you've written its just nothing... it annoys me but i haven't figure out myself why this happens i guess too much traffic or too much people sending in responses or discussion all at the same time clogging my lot... i just hope it won't happen to me again... sigh....

I sometimes have that trouble yes but not recently I have started to copy when I response then that way if it happens I can just paste it

happens a few times to me I rewrite and snd but it loses something after the first one dont go

It happens to me from time to time, but not lately... (fingers crossed). Short of copying every response before posting, there's not much for it.

So far only a couple of times....otherwise it has been okay...hope you get it straightened out!

Occasionally I have that problem. I will get a loading message, but it just sits there. I usually minimize the page and let it sit while I do something else. When I come back after 10 or 15 minutes, it has usually gone.

yes for sure. some days it just seems like mylot works slow and dont post either. not long ago, i was posting and it posted everything i said 5 times!! so i quit for a while. next day it was fine. i now copy my post in case it dont post, so i dont loose it. especially if its long. like this one

Hi ys ANTIQUELADY Aww I can't imagine you acting and talking ugly! When I first started here on myLot I used to type up a long response and when I hit send, it would simply disappear! That was really really frustrating. I soon learnt to copy it all and then paste it back onto the discussion again. I don't seem to have any problems anymore and I hope yours soon gets sorted!

I have had this problem more than once. I have figured out if it starts taking a little longer after I hit post response, I quickly copy my response, so in case it does not upload I have not lost everything I wrote. Discovered this after I once wrote two paragraphs, you are right it was so frustrating.
