hardwork and talent

if you want to succeed, you must work hard and than talent, talent is just 20%. is is true? tell me your opinion ladies and gentlemen?

I do not agree with this 100%. There are a lot of factors that determine whether you would be successful or not. The most essential according to me is Luck. Unless that is by your side, nothing is going to help you out. But it is not that all you need is luck. You also need Hard work, dedication to be successful and talent - these days it is something that can be hired - As Ford said - "I may not have the skill to design the engine, but I have the skills to manage those who have the skills".

I think that it is very true, if you are talented and hard working, then you have opened up the door to many opportunities. Just look at Oprah. That woman is smart and she is pretty talented and very hard working and now that lady is a millionaire.

both together make a way to success...you need to have talent and when talent combines with hard work you get 100% results...i think both are equally important...

Perhaps statistics will prove me wrong, I believe that hard work is 100%, talent is something that either you are born with it or develop it. Since I have way more hard working efforts than my talents can outweigh I have to say it is way more rewarding for me.
