what are the problems you are facing while using internet?

I don't meet big problems while surfing the internet. My security is tight, anti virus and anti spyware are always updated. The only frustrating problem that drives me crazy is when the connection is down (it happens a lot with my internet service provider). That's the time I cannot do anything! Or, when I download stuff which does not have resume function, and my download is cut off along the way. Hate to start it all over again!
