For those who use LogiPTC! Can you use the logitoolbar?

I have installed the new logi toolbar and it leaves a blank spaces were the site notifications were. I have tried to fix the problem by clearing cookies and cache, and I performed all the steps that are stipulated in the FAQ. But still no result. Do you know how to fix it? Please help me
