Another impatient driver

This is my second time in taking a cab with the same week but I don't find it enjoyable at all. My second encounter is with an impatient driver! Right from the first flag down, he seemed that he wants no passenger til I pleaded with him, saying it's a short distance of less than 10mins. It's only than he take me as passenger to my destination. Along the journey, though he's not speeding but he's definitely very impatient. I'm not rushing him and he does not seem to be in a rush too because he's travelling on just second gear all the way. What I don't like about him is that, he likes to horn at others. Be it at the traffic light when it's to his favor, he will horn for the front car to move off if they are not fast enough. Other than that, he's fond of flashing his headlights to any slow moving vehicles in front of him when he's not that fast too! Last action from him is that, he's about 5 car length away from the car in opposite direction wanting to turn right, yet he's honking away and flashing his headlight to show his displeasure! Worried for my safety in case of road rage, I ask to alight even before I reach my destination.
