SANDCASTLE WEDDING CAKe - I think this is so unusual

My creative daughter has beem at it again, jer latest wedding cake is a sandcastle design complete with sea shells, edible of course. I am presuming that this is a wedding cake for somebody having a beach wedding and I think that it an unusual and unique idea. She has yet to make models of the bride and groom and a page boy to go on the bottom, if she sends me another picture I will share it with you?

Well I have said it before, but I have to say it again...she does wonderful work. The cake makes me want to go down to the beach!!

Just adorable! I know you must be so proud to have such a talented daughter! I wished she lived closer I would have her make me a cake, but I think I wouldn't be able to cut into it, it is far too pretty!!

Models on cake - Bride and Groom and pageboy added to cake
Thank you I have added a picture on here of the models she added of the bride and groom and pageboy - they are modelled from phots of the actual wedding!

They are lucky to have her talents at their disposal. This is also very spooky, as my mind is full of mediaeval images this evening. Time for my tablets, perhaps?

Hiya chem, Again fantastic Cake great and original idea. I like that very original can´t think of anything else to say except that I would not mind eating a piece of that right now. (grin). She has done a really neat Job there congrats.

I love look at wedding cakes! I cannot wait until I get married hopefully within the next five years. :) This is a very unique wedding cake, great for any soon newly weds to buy if they are having a beach wedding theme! Tell your daughter to keep up the great work!

That is a beautiful cake! It would be great for a beachside wedding or anyone that just loves the beach! Your daughter should go ahead and design another cake of a regular castle for those dreamers out there :) Congratulations to your daughter for having the talent to make these gorgeous cakes! Now I'm wanting to eat cake :)

it is really pretty and I would have loved to have seen it in 'the flesh', she has edible glitter that she puts on the cakes it looks so pretty

She is self and me taught and just works from home, but she hets loads of orders! I am very proud of her, she took over from my cake making about 15 years ao and fits it in around bringing uo her four young daughters!
