Question about Mongoloid

Mongoloids are special persons and need special attention. Love and care must be given to them.
I am curious why they look similar even if they come from different parents / different places? And why they were born like that?

I think you meant kids with "down syndrome" or Trisomy 21 who have chromosomal deficiency. Basically the genetic make-up in the conception/formation of babies is 46 chromosomes (23 from father & 23 from the mother). Kids with down syndromes appears to have extra chromosome (47) and this extra chromosome happen to cause these kids to have common physical features as well as mental capacity and development.
