Do you or have you ever meditated? If so, do you receive any messages from anywhere? If not, why do you choose not to?

I do meditate at least once a day. I am pretty good at focusing my mind and I do believe that I receive messages from other people and other places when I meditate and focus long enough. I believe that these messages sometimes come from other people who are meditating and focusing. Sometimes I believe that the messages are coming from spiritual entities.

How interesting. Do you have a normal schedule on meditating? For how long do you sit? I am starting to be a bit more structured with my medication now, but I also like to mix it up, I feel I get different vibrations at different times of the day.

Hi there. Before this I always meditate but now because I'm kinda busy lately, I rarely practice it. Usually when I meditate, I don't get any messages but when the night comes, the messages arrive. The messages that I received most likely about my future. It always comes true after atleast one week. Since I rarely meditate nowadays I don't get anything like that for the time being.

How interesting that you would receive messages at night. I assume they came in a dream? Are you still not meditating often or have you found your way back to it now? Sorry for the delay in my response.

The principal in the school where I work does everyhting he can to destress the staff. We have tried a 10 meditation before school. Most of us just could not clear our minds. Too many to do lists running through our heads. My dad just took a class on meditations, and really enjoys it. He has the ability to really clear his mind. I think because I have a bit of ADD, it is hard to quiet my mind like is needed in meditation.

Clearing the mind is not an easy task. I find that it can take quite a while before actually being empty but at that point things change. I can't imagine trying to meditate with a large group of people though. It might make me too self conscious to actually let go. Sounds like your principal is a good person though with attempting to help the staff in that way. What kind of class did your dad take? Was it pure meditation or did it have a religious component?
