Government Waste - who da thunk?

Big surprise - the Department of Homeland Security is wasting half a billion tax payers dollars on Nuclear precautions at the border. That doesnt sound too bad til you look at the fact that they are purchasing things that cant be used....

“The first thing that you'd think would be done, would be that the department would talk to the agency that's going to use the equipment to find out what would work,” Collins told Fox News on Capitol Hill. “In this case, millions of dollars was wasted because one office did not talk to another office about what was needed.”
Impressive eh?
When there is so many other things needed at the border, does this surprise you?

The Department of Homeland Security is a HUGE WASTE of funding why don't we give that funding to the 6 or so departments/Agencies already charged with the defense and security of the homeland?

Yeah I do that some times laglen. But the whole left hand not talking to the right thing at the Department of Homeland Security doesn't surprise me neither does them buying the wrong kind of equipment at least if the DOD was in charge like they should be they would just need to switch the equipment around because on there massive budget they most likely have every scanner you could think of.
And well I know common sense Federal Government just don't go together as they never really been good friends also it is the DHS so they where never really needed so they must feel really bad about being a complete waste.

No surprise, as it is the mission of "Homeland Security" to engage in waste in order to waste our country, our resources, our economy, our military, our sovereignty, and our protections under an illegal president and administration. "Good government" isn't even in the cards for these usurpers intent on destroying our economy. It's even beyond "bad government" because it's intent is to deceive the foolish into thinking they're actually doing something "good", but the intent is clearly otherwise from those who call our citizenry and military who dissent "domestic terrorists".
