Today Is An Exciting Day For Me

As many of you know I have always wanted to be an Entreprenuer and have my own Shop or Store and such instead of working for someone else. Especially when the job market may not be the Best for sure. Plus I feel when you go into Business for yourself you are more in control of how much you can make and what you need to do to improve it.
I have been doing an online/offline business with a company called Jerky Direct that sells some of the Best Jerky out there. They have Beef, Buffalo and Turkey Jerky in many different flavors, as well as Organic jerky for people as well. They also sell Fruit Stix which are Great as well. I feel for the price and the quality you are getting a really good deal.
Well after doing quite a few shows over the summer with this, and some of my Hand Crotched items and Candles, I was really wishing there would be a way I could get a more permanent spot to sell everything to where people in my area would know how to find me. The great thing is I was able to find a place which I could afford and am signing a 6 month lease and moving some of my stuff in there today. This is quite exciting for sure.
I still will have to work my Full time job around this as I need that money to live off of, and the medical until this can surpass that, but it is a start for something Big for me I do feel. This will mean less time for me to be online and be in here, but overall I think this is a Break I am needing. Just keep me in thought and Prayer for the Best in this venture and I will update more as I can.

Congratulations, I wish you all of the luck in the world. I hope that things go well for you. These days, we can all use the extra money. Did you rent a space at a flea market or in a regular retail store?

It is in an actual business. It used to be known as a Huge Antic store with 3 floors of nothing but Antiques. There is still a lot of Antiques there, but they have now opened it up to where Vendors can actually use part of the rooms there as a little store of their own. It has been a Great experience so far.

Congratulations on the new business venture Tina. I wish you the best of luck in all that you do. I hope that you can make this work and that you will soon be able to work for yourself all of the time. I opened an indoor flea market booth and thought that I would make some money, but it is barely paying it's own way. I hope it increases soon. Maybe I should look into Jerky Direct.

I am very excited for you! I have my own little business at home too....I think it makes having to work for someone else worth it....I mean I can tolerate it because I come home and look forward to doing my own thing....I think the economy is changing a bit so you might be in luck...I have several orders right now..for a while it seemed like I was beating my head against a wall....now its starting to pan out! congrats!

I am so happy for you. all your hard work has paid off. Just make sure you get all the deductions you can against your taxes. Keep records of even the little

That is fantastic news KrauseHome! I have dreams of opening my own business one day too. I would like to open a cattery and take care of people’s felines while they are away. It’s something I really want to do because I’ve promised myself that I would never work for a boss ever again. I am so happy for you that your goal is being realised and I hope it will all go well for you and that you will enjoy it!

Itsounds like a geraopportunity for you. I really hope that it works out. I would love to work at home fulltime as well, but so far it hasnt been working out as well as I had planned. I will probably need at least a part time job, but who knows? I will keep working at it.
