Hey all For ages now, i wanted to add a search bar to the sidebar of my site. My site gets free hosting. The problem with this is you dont get "total freedom". You are bound by the publisher they supply you. Know for me, i didnt mind so much, as i dont know much about programming, and so i needed to use some sort of publisher anyway. But, with this publisher, it wasnt easy to work out how to add a search bar along the side, as a sort of in the corner style search. I had to play with things for ages, but at last i found a way. You have to insert a custom box in the sidebar, and then embed the HTML in that! But now i am having problems sticking ads in the sidebar. I do the same thing, but for some reason, they dont show :/. If anyone has any experience with using adsense with webs, and knows how to get ads in the sidebar, could you please tell me how? THanks
