What brand do you smoke? How many per day? I smoke Marlboro Menthols. And sometime Parliments, or Kools.

I smoked Eve 120s menthol lights until Sept 28 of this year. I used to smoke 1 1/2 packs a day. About 4 years ago we moved into a new house and I didn't want it to smell like smoke so I started smoking out side. and ended up cutting down to 2 packs a week. Started walking when ever I Lite one up. Then one day I just had enough. My bible says that God gives us the victory and I decided to claim that victory. Haven’t had one sense and I haven't been desperate for one either I’ve had an urge but get busy doing some else and the urge leaves.

Good for you. I've tried quiting several times. I should at least cut down. I'm moving in December and I can't smoke in my new place, so maybe that will help me.

I smoke Marlboro Ultra Lights. I cannot smoke anything else because they don't taste as good.

I smoke Marlboro 100's... About 2 packs a day.. It is a bad habit and have been thinking about quitting, but it is hard as I enjoy it to much when on the computer...
