Has Google gotten to big for their good?

Google is undeniably the world leader in search result. Google search and Gmail have become a quality tool that many of us utilize on a daily basis. Google has branched out in so many different directions, and ways it is hard to count them all. My recent experience with Blogspot and Google Webmaster tools has left me a bit soured. After a number of technical errors , generic help pages, no support staff, and no answer or assistance, I have left Blogspot. In leaving Blogspot, I am trying to delete my blog and delete the results from the web. That should be an easy task ....wrong. Again, generic help pages, no support staff, and no answers or assistance. Am I an isolated case? Is it just me? ...or has Google been at the top for so long that they have lost sight of "who" put them there and what really counts.... their customers, you and I.
