Just when you thought things could not get worse for Liverpool, it just got worse. :) It was really a poor poor result for Liverpool. I think that so early in the season Liverpool might already be out of contention of the 4th place. With Tottenham, Villa and Man City all gunning to sneak into the top 4, I think Liverpool would need an extra ordinary run from here on get there.

I cannot tell what is wrong with Liverpool, why are they performing so poorly lately. They are definitely better than many teams they play against, but the results don't come. They have good players, but the results fail to come. It looks like they are in the same crisis as Roma and Bayern, or maybe even worse.
