what is the biggest blunder you have done while doing mylot task?

I tend to go for the quick and easy tasks, I am not trying to accept difficult ones and work so hard that I may risk being rejected after my hard efforts. I just keep away from the hard ones or the ones that require too much time. They are a quick and easy way of earning a few cents here and there, at least in my opinion. If anyone has made some blunders well we all learn form our mistakes and improve on them for next time.
