I've just seen this movie while I was browsing IMDB.com and it was displayed on their side bar as Hot Movies. The thumbnail have captured me and got curious so I clicked it to see more about the movie. As I've read the plot, it really got me excited and can't wait to watch it with my girlfriend because having the genre of suspense thriller, this would make us love the movie. After waiting for about two months for it's release, we've watched the movie just the last weekend. I won't tell anything about the story to avoid spoilers for those who want to watch it. So as the movie starts, we felt a little curious on how Dren will be made by the scientists. As the movie goes on and the creature keeps growing, our excitement for the movie was already going down. All that's left with us is just curiosity on what's gonna happen to the end of the story. The twists are still good and will just keep you guessing but the ending wasn't really that great which left us a little less than disappointed. It's still worth to watch it but this movie wasn't the kind that I would highly recommend or even watch it again. To other myLotters that have watched this movie, what do you think about the movie? I was excited about this movie since the day it was announced and ended up really disappointed, obviously. They could do much more with the story. The worst thing was how Dren lost all her feelings and became just an animal when hormonal changes started happening.

Yes! Me and my girlfriend was discussing about that hormonal change too. At first I wasn't sure and even thought that it was not Dren anymore because it was already a male. But in the end we finally figured it our too. -)

hi aeisle. yes, the movie has captured my interest. when i saw it on top of the table. i was fascinated to the cover about this movie splice, stating she's not human. i was inspired last week by the movie fourth kind, so i thought it was again an alienated movie until i read the plot of the movie and its different. then last sunday, me and my loving boyfriend watched this movie. at first, you will be attracted on how the story goes, how dren will grow, what would be her feature and what creature she is. but, there where scenes that was a bit boring. and at the last part, i was not satisfied. i told him, its not recommending to watch in a theater.

I own a dvd copy of the movie, I haven't watched it though, I am not s fond of scientists and alien stuff- I like action and adventure.

Do tell me if the movie is worth watching when you see it.
