Bribery... is it useful at all times?

Bribery is an act implying money or gift given that alters the behavior of the recipient.Almost all of us have done this in a simple way. Even myself,like if i wanna make my work done easily, i tend to ask help from my friends and tell them i'll treat them after.its still a form of bribery. Another instances is that when you are alone,lonely and no friends at all, that lonely person will try to spend money and treat the strangers they just knew, in that case there is the possibility that the person they had treated with, will just disappear or on the other way they will abuse the lonely person to spend more money. I dont think that bribery is not that useful anyway, it can ruin relationships. So what are your thoughts about this? is bribery useful?
