I've been rather neglecting mylot to play jigsaw treasure hunt on pogo lately (working on adventure 31)
Anyway, I've found some lovely things while doing these puzzles, including that cavern with the organ.
So, tonight (or should I say this morning) I discovered this thing of beauty.

Its called the Bubble Nebula. I think nature is a wondrous thing, but things like this seem to make me think that God's finger was in there in some ways.
Have you heard of this? seen the picture? do you even like astronomy?

I've been a star watcher ever since childhood. One thing I will always remember was going to New York City and seeing the Hayden Planetarium. I've always liked to look at the planets and stars at night. I used to know all the constellations. I also like to watch the daytime sky. There are always so many subtle differences from day to day. As for the handiwork of God... how ca we not see it? A couple of weeks ago while I was walking my dogs one afternoon I looked up to see a cloud formation in the shape of a cross. How's that for a sign!

I really like nature, too, but I've never seen or heard of this. It sounds intersting, though. I never did care too much for astronomy. However, I have gone outside and looked up at the stars at night. It helps you see things from a different perspective.

When I first looked at that lovely pic, I thought, "Hmm... would make an interesting cross-stitch..." I quickly came to my senses. No more large scale works for me, not for a long time, anyway.

Ah, there but for the higher math, go I, as an astronomer. I have to settle for drawing space pix now & then. Sigh.
This is gorgeous--& totally new to me! I wonder why I've not heard of it 'til now? Thanks for sharing, hun!

Yeah...I went to the mother load site of the astronomical photos, & put one on the desktop so you can see it tomorrow. They have GOBS!
I think I'll give the kitty pix a break for awhile...

It is a beautiful picture and hard to believe it is real. It goes to show how amazing nature really is. I look at beautiful coloured birds, flowers, sunset etc. and it seems like a hand has painted them. Maybe it was the hand of God, it is quite miraculous really, and who says there is no God?

And not much of that, considering she can't really see anything in the daytime! Maybe if she saw color...?

I had never heard or seen anything about this. As a rule I don't really care about astronomy, but that picture was a thing of beauty. It makes you think a higher power had to have a hand in making somethings so beautiful and some so awful!

hi Elicbxn oh how gorgeous I love this so beautiful. I had not heard of it but I do like astronomy
.to me it shows God is the most creative of all. I would love a picture of that.Nature is a wondrous thing and I cannot see how anyone could claim God is not existing as all thats so lovely in nature was created it did not just happen.God's finger is indered involved here.
