Have you relocated a lot?

I might have to relocate yet again. This time back to Florida to the East Coast to Boca Raton. Last time we lived in Tampa. I work in a volatile and changing industry - travel. Travel management companies tend to consolidate and close offices when clients change management companies or just to save money at the expense of the employees. I am from New York and have relocated to Tampa, Greensboro, Raleigh, and now - possibly Boca Raton. It's just me, 2 teenagers, and 2 dogs with lots of stuff! lol. I buy where ever we go since I do not care for renting. I never had a problem selling til I had to move from Greensboro. Now I have 2 houses. If I move again I will have 2 houses rented out and I am not sure I can buy another since they would consider me an investor (even though I am not and would sell if I could). Have you relocated a lot? How many countries, states, or cities have you lived in? Do you bring everything with you or do you try to start fresh when you move. I hate packing, loading, unloading, etc.
