Why some people do not know how to respect your time?

Good day to all, Just wondering why some people do not know how to wait. Just like what is happening to our office. We are just only having a half an hour breaktime and that is from 13.00 hours to 13.30 hours but apparently, there are some people who does not know how to respect it. They will still disturbed you and urge you to do the work though it is already breaktime. Hence, they dont care at all that you need to have a break at least for 30 minutes. I feel sad whenever I encounter these kind of people because they dont know how to value the time of others. Thus, they do not know how to wait for at least 30 minutes. In addition, I somehow feel annoyed because it is only for 30 minutes that I am asking to have my break and yet, they cannot give me a decent one. How about you, how will you handle a scenario like this? Do you also encounter people who does not respect others time?

I don't know, but I can relate to you. People do that to me all the time. In my case I think it's because I'm a wheelchair. Many people don't think people in wheelchairs have lives, even though they do, or least I do.
