ONBUX error messages! It really sucks!

I have just recently joined OnBux. When I signed up there and after I submitted the registration, It says that my IP address has been used already in joining this site. I am the only one using this computer and my mom as well but my mom doesn't know all about this so she wouldn't dare joining these sites I'm pretty sure. then I told the one who referred me about this so he was the one who registered me in this site. Then when I already logged in and I was about to click the ads there to earn, an error message like this appeared on top of the page. Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours what is happening with this site? Is that really normal? If not, then what should I do? Thank you guys for your help!

it happened because of your Internet Service Provider using a dynamic IP for its costumer, this mean IP that you're using right now maybe it has been used by another people an hour ago. The solution is to use ISP that using a static IP so you'll get the same IP everytime you using it. This also happened to neobux.
