Do you have eyesight problem either short sight or long sight?

I have short sight and I am wearing spectacles for the past 10 years. Its been tough at the same time have to go through it. My power is minus 5 now and I am happy that it has sustained for the past two years now. I am planning to do lasic in the near future to correct the error. My doctor has been really good with respect to checking the power and giving an exact correction for the same. I also try to check the power once in a year with precision. I always have two specs, one at home and one for office. I wear one in the travel. I have all features like auto cooling, radiant free etc., in it. Share your thoughts on the same.

As of now i dont have any sight related problems.and i wish i even dont face any eyesight related problems in the future too.i agree most of them these daya are facing the problems with eyesight.this is due to the advancing in the technolgy which makes the people addicted to televison and computer and this causes manily eye problems.6out of 10 children are facing problems with the eyesight stated an survey conducted inrecent times.that is a fact and should be aware on this issue.as Prevention is better than cure :)

I have problems with eye tests, I dont understand what some of the tests are meant to be done so I just guess what Im supposed to do. The first time I got glasses that were pretty thick. All my glasses give me headaches for some reason so I dont think I have the right power. I was told that my eyes a slightly oval shaped..

Yes, I have Astigmatism. I have 20/50 in the right eye, and 20/30 in the left eye, and I am far-sighted. I certainly wear glasses, and I don't like contacts, they are uncomfortable.

I got long-sighted illness. You know, I've broken almost 15 eyeglasses,
fortunately, they are cheap enough..
But then I realized that I had to recheck my -whatchamacallit- level of eye disorder.
I found it is raised high, so I have to buy the fit eyeglass.
The optician told me to wear it wherever and whenever I am, since in some case, wearing a proper eyeglass will cure our eyes.
