Do you have bad nerves?
I do. I tend to bite my lower lip a lot until it bleeds all because I am nervous. Either in a crowd, on my way to an event, meeting new people or just walking outside.
I have social anxiety and it gets to me a lot. Maybe that's why the internet has helped me with talking to people more. I also bite my nails (which I don't anymore due to a manicure) and fidget a lot.
Do you have nervous habits? What are they?

Yes I do have bad nerves as well. I find when I'm nervous I start shaking my leg and biting my nails. I have been doing it for so long that I don't even notice I'm doing it. When it comes to meeting people sometimes I will start to stutter a little bit and other times I'm just fine and comfortable. Its weird and I wish I could over come it already.

And literally and figuratively.
Nerves home, like any man, when you gather more, and then after firing verbal and tears, silence, peace and smile.
Time increases, stress is becoming more difficult financial acrobatics.
Luckily, last night (as usual after crying and bickering with mine, I remembered why I have the joy, although the health of my family members is not pink ... another reason to dry my soul) I and quiet, after I cooked in own juice inside, a whole day. And I thought also runs as the moment when you need it, not how the people feel grief / nerves (being concerned with the inner self), such plan after wisdom joy. Civilization makes me equal time with everyone, no matter what, though uneven with wavelengths of loved ones. Anxiety silently cursed moment and embrace the dearest wanted beyond poverty due to inability of vanity. However, I still feel pleasure embedded in the pathology material.
Smile now, yes, smiling!
