I see a column on logging in 'mylot.com' called 'tasks'. What is meant by the term and what I have to do as well as what is my benefit?

Those are the list of things you can work on to make additional earnings. You will find a a variety of work there, and you can choose the ones that you like and feel confident to complete. The more you can do, the more your earnings will get enhanced, of course.

tasks are simple little works online that when you complete them you will receive the money associated to that work!!It is another way to earn extra cash here on mylot excluding posting!!
