Paypal Problem,,

It's very easy. You need to sign up using the sign up button on pay pals home page. After you enter all your personal information its ready to go. You can accept payments to your paypal account but won't be able to transfer the funds to a bank until you verify a account. This does not matter if your just going to use your pay pal money for other things online but if you are going to buy stuff its a good idea to get verified so your purchases will be protected. You can get verified by adding a credit card or bank account.
