Use of nick name.

You can use your real name in mylot. But they show your username on the topics.

I like my user name that is why I chose it instead of using my real name. As many people know when they add me as a friend or send an email they do learn my first name. I can understand why others would rather not use their real names. It can be just to not let others know they are here saying things that could or could not be true. Some doesn't want to be known because of relationships gone bad, they don't need a stalker to tract them in here. Some people just need that privacy. You can use any name you choose that is accepted in Mylot.

hi doctordidi I do u se my last name and mylot never said diddley squat about it so you can do so. but a lot want to be anonymous and thats okay too. I just could not think of a creative user name so just decided to use my last name in honor of my deceased hubby.It is not compuilsory to use nick names at alll.

Hi friend, As other mylotters have told you, you can either use your own name or anyone you want (even numbers as you see). I try to use only a couple of usernames in my sites because I want to be able to remember them. Some people use many user names, a different one at each site. I always liked the name marguicha as it is one of the characters in a book I read when I was a girl. So, as you see, take your pick! Happy posting!

well, Lucas is my name, I just put a 5 after that because there alredy are another Lucas in here. I think that there are no rule that says you cannot use your real name as nick name here. have a nice day
