Burning pictures for magic...

I have been thinking of disposing a picture safely without ruining the bond of the two people. Their image together is photoshopped, but now they've got the same type of picture but different versions. The photoshopped image was printed.. Now if I throw it in the trash, it might fall into the wrong hands. If I burn it to bring them luck, prosparity, and their love to grow strong every day and that sort of stuff is that possible? Or should I just bury it in my backard or the graveyard? Which do you think it's the best option? My reason for the photoshopping printed picture is just for show on my msn display picture since I do not have a picture with my beloved yet.. So I do not know how to correctly dispose of, but to dispose of it using magic of some sort. Please help me out, I'm kinda new to this stuff.
