Measures necessary for communal harmony.

hi doctordidi well right now with the economy so bad I think the city fathers of a community should be thinking about ways to make jobs for all those out of work in the community. also provsiions should be doled out to all families who have a memberout of work.Also for harmony in the community people should gry to be more considerate of their close neighbors . Reduce noise in your neighborhood and please keep garbage in containers, and not in your neighbors yards or in the street.Jobs, food for those in need, garbage cpmtrol and noise control too.Also there must be rules about driving in school areas. they must be zoned 20 miles per hour during school.abusers must be caught and have to pay a heavy fine for driving too fast in 20 miles perhour zones. we must protect our children from reckless and careless drivers. i
