They say that Probiotics are good for us and could help a lot in our body's functions. I myself drink Probiotic Drinks. Research says that its good for better digestion and an immunity booster. Should we include this to our daily food intake or can be taken every now and then if in case we need a little boost in our digestion or immune system?

Alot of stuffs are good for our body. If possible, go for food that has natural minerals and vitamins in them. NOthing beats unprocessed stuffs, as it's pure. That will bring about greater effect to our body. SOmetimes, too much of a good thing is not healthy for u too. IT's better to consume in moderation than to be obsessed over it.

I think that it is good to have probiotics as a part of our diet because of the fact that it will make sure that the proper balance of good bacteria can be found in our systems. I think that there are a lot of things that we ingest in our regular diet, however that will help to bolster our immunity in this kind of a way and because of that fact, I don't think that it is really necessary to take a special drink or yogurt to get them into our systems.

I have a probiotic drink every morning and I enjoy it but I am not sure I can feel any benefits after over a year and a half! I still feel bloated every now and again. They are supposed to be very good for you so I will keep going with them, I guess...
