Have you had undergone immunzations?

Because most people in my family was belong to health related profession, my mom always see to it that we have undergone appropriate vaccinations against epidemic and communicable disease here in our place. When siblings and I was young we have completed all vaccination that are required fr our age. And just recently due two ongoing epidemic of H1N1 virus we in the family have have undergone Flu vaccine. That help us a lot in fighting such viral diseases. How about you? Have you undergone immunizations? When? How did that help you?

I had mine too, but there are some disadvantage having them. One is that, when you are a busy person and you had it, especially when it is a vaccination for flu, an individual may experience some side effects. Common Side effects are, headache, fatigue, fever, muscle pain and flu like symptoms. It is because, our body is in the process of producing an antibodies that are incapable of increasing our immunity in a specific virus. Therefore, symptomatic treatment is needed for the expected effects of a vaccine, like antipyretic medication is prescribed as necessary if fever occur.

I also have gone through different vaccination in my childhood and now too, H1N1 I also did recently and beside this for some other epidemic disease also. I think it is good to be immunized and it ll really keep you safe
For me the diseases for which I got vaccine, I never been to those till yet...:)
