Hello everybody,
I just wanted to ask you about your opinions on the new show that they are working on, the spin off "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior".
Personally, at first, I was hesitant, because I like the original series and I was afraid that the attention of the creators would shift to the new shiny series and the original material would suffer. But with the newest season being very strong and the cast of the spin off... I'm hopeful.
I mean Forest Whitaker is a strong lead, not to mention the fact that I like the actor very much. The supporting cast is also very good, and of course they will still have Garcia! And that is the best news possible!
So? What are your thoughts on the new series? Are you excited about it?

I am looking forward to this spin-off of Criminal Minds. I am a huge fan and at that episode where Forest Whitaker was a guest, I was thinking of the same thing. I really like the guy. Acting is superb and with a show like Criminal Minds, it's going to be a hit. I just wish though that JJ could be a part of it. I miss her.

Yeah, it sucks that AJ Cook was dismissed. She was amazing (in fact, she was the reason I started to watch the show in the first place). But back to the spin-off, I'm also excited to see more of Michael Kelly ('Prophet' on the show). I loved the guy when he was on Generation Kill.

Aside from Forest Whitaker, I'm looking forward to watching the British sniper guy. I wasn't able to catch his name but his character seemed so awesome during their Criminal Minds guesting.

To be perfectly honest, the entire new team seems interesting. Maybe it's because we know nothing about them? I find that I"m interested and I want to know more about them! Hopefully their cases will be interesting and the new show will put a mark of their own on the franchise, you know, bring something original in

I don't plan to watch. I didn't like the episode of Criminal Minds that introduced the new characters. They took up too much time from the main cast, and I didn't find them interesting enough to want to see them in their own show. I know it's tv and fiction, but I have to be able to suspend disbelief and I couldn't. I didn't believe anything that happened or any of the characters. And, frankly, I can't get over someone who was in jail being able to be an FBI agent. At least, I don't buy it on a show that exists in the same fictional world as CM. So, I'll stick with the original.

I really can't say that I like it. I have watched a couple of episodes and I was not impressed with the show. I really like the cast of the original show and I do not think that the spin off cast is nearly as good and I don't think that they have the same personality as the original either.
