Referral Problem with Neobux

Hey people my earlier Account in neo bux got banned because I was Inactive so i have a new account and i have 4 Friends of mine who are ready to become my Referrals.
But today i saw in my Banners section in Neo bux that i can get Referrals only if i am an active member for 30Days and If i have 100 clicks.
Thats Insane My referral Earnings from my Friends could have boosted up a lot.But now I can get Referrals until a month.
That's So Unfair.
What do you feel Guys About This Policy?

Yes thats Neobux rule. When I open my account one year ago I have the same problem, some of my friends sign up under me, but I don`t have there under my referrals. I was angry but ok, that is the rule if I was read TOS I will know that and I will wait 30 days.

Yes, I am very angry too.
But Its Okay. I Don't mind unless the site is still paying.
