it is getting harder and harder for a band to have a record album and major label support
plus if you do get to make an album and get the support of a major label your songs end up getting pirated which means lesser for you
so more and more bands (who are just in it for the money or really need financial help) end up getting day jobs and eventually letting go of the rock and roll dream

i heard your songs there already^^ i like the lyrics but i guess that you should try to practice your voice a bit more^^ but you did a good job. it appeared a lot of times your band for me to review it^^ the problem with slicethepie is that they are too choosy in reviews. we cant write only simple things but tell with details^^ anyway wish to rate your songs again soon^^

oh i've been reading the reviews and i know the vocals ain't that great
we had a vocalist who bailed out right before we were supposed to record
so i had to step in cause the money for recording was already there
hahaha
the sound engineer, who is now our guitarist by the way, had a tough time training me
i've gotten some what better thanks to his help hehehe

so we've been practicing a lot
honesty is always good even if it hurts a bit
had a few ouch moments
and then looked at it positively and devoted more time singing, practicing voicings and all that

you dont have to thank me^^ i say honestly what i think bcs i think that singers need that. i also like to sing even im not a singer^^ and i always appreciate when people comment on my singing even if are good or bad comments^^ its just sad that i cant listen neither your songs neither anyone else in slicethepie anymore. it just ended in my country. i think that we should maybe create a petition for it to become international again. it is a great site and i really loved to be there^^ it was a great chance for people from poor countries to receive a big help for their career. it isnt fair that just in uk and in usa it is working.

Nice site. I'm thinking of uploading my compositions there if it's possible. I've got mine sitting in my hard drive waiting for someone to hear it. They need some polishing though.

oh we've submitted some that aren't even done yet just to gauge how people react to it
and then we'll work on it again and repost hahaha
kinda like having an audience to test things out on before playing it live

I also earn from that site. but reviewing songs is really hard since some suck songs there is turning my review star down

hi chipesterkhan it sounds like slice the pie is a good thing
for musicians to get the help and recognition that they need'to
be recognized all over
.it sounds like it will help new bands to be heard by insctant
audineces.That would really be so good for newcomers. this is
good to know for other mylotters who have just come on the
musical scene and need some help. good luck and

make sure you have name of you're band and composition so that i will know you're from the Philippines.I will be one of the judges there too
some of the songs there are blurry and out of tone.
Make sure you're song isn't blurry and doesn't irritate people's ears. am earning there a bit but it's hard to make a good review.
