Annoying call.

So a parent of mine, calls me before her flight. She starts jabbering away as usual, not hearing a word that I'm saying so I let her talk. Then suddenly, she goes, "Hello?" and right before I can say something she hangs up. So I call her back twice and she doesn't pick up. I decide to wait for 10 mins and she eventually calls back. She goes, "how funny the phone hung up" and I was like, "but I called you back", and she says she was busy in the bathroom. I couldn't even tell her that she was the one who hung up and she says, "ok, I have to go~." Do you know people like this... who just lives their lives on their own freely?
