Please Explain What is 'game or poll type discussion'

I think poll type discussions are those which give only a limited number of options for responses, or those which can recieve only simple, not elaborated responses. Let's try this: if your discussion can be answered with only one or two words, maybe it is a poll type discussion. Can you remember your discussions that have been deleted? Could they be answered with only one line responses?

hni rajiv well lets see an example you set up a question asking mylotters how many of you listen to z program and how many of you listen to y program? this is taking a poll like doing a survey. it is not a valid discussion. as for a game you might take one of thoswe where you ask people how many three letter words can you make from this word,disconcertingly and the winner will get a besr response. here you broke not only the no game rule but also the rule about not promising the best response if someone will'do this or that for you.
