Here's our fiddler crab he resides on our backyard plastic pond with some goldfish and Koi here in Phoenix. I took a photo of him out of the water and into the sunlight. Do you know how cold can these guys tolerate? The water is cold and he can barely move a muscle when it's almost freezing temps outdoors in the water.

Does he ever pinch you with his oversized claw? What does he eat? Hopefully not goldfish or Koi!

Right now he doesn't threaten me as he is so small and it's cold outside so he really can't move very well. He's young. I feed him wheat bread as it's the only thing that sinks at the pond I'm trying to come up with something else that it can eat.
He can't move as fast as he did during summer so I can easily pick him out of the cold water then take a photo. The goldfishes and kois are actually bigger than this guy so they kinda bully him because he is small and alone.
