An Interview with employee Reference, can i be successful ?

I live in Chennai, India and i am about to have a interview with one of the leading manufacturing company in Chennai within next few days. During applying for the job, while filling up the company's online registration form, as it asked for any references, i had stated a reference of an employee who is too working in the same organization (Under his permission and request) and also stated an another referral person who is too working in the same organization (totally 2- a reference and a referral). The current job code to which i applied to is very little related with my previous job (as i was working in a very small company with around 15 people and now going to attend interview with a International company with around over 10000 people working worldwide for that company), i have a doubt that thou i know not much about the current job and interview, i have reference of an employee (with a referral too) from the same organization for that interview, How much possibility to i have to get that interview successful and to get that job? Are there any problems i might face even thou i hav references and referrals? Do i have any chances that i would get rejected from getting that job? (persons of Reference and referral are working there for over 10 to 15years and are in the positions of Leads supervisors and general managers). Please guide..
